c2pc — Petite Capitals From Capitals
c2pc (Petite Capitals From Capitals) turns capital glyphs into petite caps.
It is used for words like UNICEF or NASA that would otherwise be set in all caps, giving them a petite-cap form that does not disrupt the flow of text.
Turning lowercase glyphs into petite caps is the job of pcap (Petite Capitals). The specification requires fonts that implement pcap to also implement c2pc.
Small caps have the same relationship.
