sups — Superscript
sups (Superscript) replaces lining or oldstyle figures with superior figures, and lowercase letters with superior letters.
Figures are mainly used for footnote references; applying it to letters in an abbreviation like “Mssr” in French gives the classic form.
The features that handle subscript, its counterpart, are subs (Subscript) and sinf (Scientific Inferiors).
